Can two producers use the same username? No. Usernames are globally unique because they become subdomains.

Can a suspended store still sell beats? No. Suspended and cancelled stores cannot access the dashboard or accept checkout orders.

Do producers receive money directly? Yes. Producer dashboard payment keys are stored per tenant. Checkout uses the producer store's connected provider credentials.

Do custom domains require changing nameservers? No, not usually. A CNAME or A record is enough. Nameservers are only needed when moving DNS management to another DNS provider.

Why does DNS verification take time? DNS records can take minutes or sometimes longer to propagate depending on the registrar, TTL, and DNS cache.
